Yuto G7A Earns 2nd Place at JCA Annual Rapid Chess Championship 2024

Congratulations to Yuto from Grade 7A!

Yuto represented Raffles American School in the JCA Annual Rapid Chess Championship 2024, held on Saturday, September 28th, 2024, at Paradise Park.

Yuto's impressive performance earned him second place in the under-14 category.

On the following day, he also participated in the Thailand Blitz Chess Championship 2024, where he had the exciting opportunity to play against Mr. Prin Laohawirapap, Thailand's highest-rated chess player and the country's sole International Master (IM).
