Build Your Football Skills at the RAS Football Academy
Raffles American School (RAS) is excited to announce that registration is now open for the Football Academy Program for the 2026–2027 academic year. If your child loves football (soccer) or is interested in developing competitive football skills in a structured environment, the RAS Football Academy provides professional coaching, age-appropriate training, and meaningful competitive experiences through BISAL league play and AISAA tournaments.
Football Academy Age Divisions
The RAS Football Academy is organized into four age-based divisions, each designed to match the developmental needs and skill levels of players at different ages. This structure ensures that every player receives appropriate coaching and meaningful competitive experience.
- U9 Boys Division Players born on or after June 1, 2017 (ages 8-9) make up the youngest division. At this age, football focuses on fundamental ball control, basic tactical understanding, and enjoyment of the game.
- U11 Boys Division Male players born on or after June 1, 2015 (ages 10-11) develop in this division, where coaching emphasizes skill building, position understanding, and introducing tactical concepts.
- U13 Boys Division Players born on or after June 1, 2013 (ages 12-13) experience increased training intensity and competitive challenge. Tactical understanding and athletic development accelerate at this level.
- U18 Boys Division Our oldest and most experienced players, born on or after June 1, 2008 (ages 17-18), compete at the highest level. This division emphasizes advanced tactics, high-intensity play, and preparation for continued competitive football.
