Develop Your Volleyball Skills at the RAS Volleyball Academy
Raffles American School (RAS) is pleased to announce that registration is now open for the Volleyball Academy Program for the 2026–2027 academic year. If your child is passionate about volleyball or interested in developing competitive volleyball skills, the RAS Volleyball Academy provides professional coaching, structured training, and meaningful competitive experiences through BISAL league game and AISAA tournaments.
Volleyball Academy Divisions
The RAS Volleyball Academy is organized into five competitive divisions to ensure proper player placement and meaningful competition. This structure allows us to develop athletes across a wide age range while maintaining balanced, competitive teams.
U13 Mixed Division
U16 Girls & Boys Division
U18 Girls & Boys Division
Training Schedule and Commitment
The RAS Volleyball Academy requires a significant but manageable commitment to achieve meaningful skill development:Weekly Practice Commitment:
3 structured practices per week
Each practice focuses on skill development, tactical understanding, and team cohesion
Practices are scheduled to accommodate student academic schedules
Competition Schedule:
Season 1: August – November 2026
Season 2: January – May 2027
Volleyball Academy Fees
Program Cost:
6,500 THB per semester
12,500 THB per year (500 THB savings with annual enrollment)
*Year-long academies are charged on an annual basis. However, term-based payment is available for students who enroll during the second semester.
Additional Equipment Required: Sports uniforms (black and orange): 1,500 THB for 2 uniforms (worn by all players)
Team Structure and Enrollment Requirements
Understanding team structure helps parents set appropriate expectations for the program:
Maximum Team Size 15 students per division
Minimum Enrollment 10 students required to operate a division
