Nicole has a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and a Master of Science in educational leadership. Before her journey to Thailand, she was an Acting Assistant Principal and Assistant Director of Education in Florida, USA. She is fluent in both English and Spanish and is certified to teach lower and upper-grade students. Nicole has also served as a missionary, helping a non-profit organization build an elementary school in Haiti, years after the 2010 devastating earthquake and helped sustain a community school for three years, including teaching in the classroom. After relocating to Thailand, she taught upper-grade science, health, and English in Saraburi before joining the Raffles team. She values a strong parent-teacher relationship and believes it is a great way to advance a child’s performance in and out of the school environment.
