Kelsey
Kelsey graduated from Texas State University with a degree in elementary education. In addition, Kelsey has obtained an ESL certification and has done special training for teaching students with different cultural backgrounds. Kelsey started teaching in South Korea where she gained experience with grade 1 students. After spending a year at a bilingual school in Thailand she has decided to join our international school team!
Kelsey believes that center-based learning is the most beneficial for students. It promotes group discussion and gives the students a sense of independence. In her classroom, Kelsey creates an open, safe environment that allows students to thrive. She encourages students to ask questions and take pride in their work. Her end goal is to create lifelong learners out of her students.
